Tenby Harbour, Pembrokeshire, Wales.

A beautiful summer day at Tenby harbour. A high tide and turquoise sea with boats moored along the harbour wall. In the background the colourful buildings that surround the harbour and small beach. The reflections on the water giving a real Mediterranean feel to this stunning seaside town. The harbor and surrounding scenery complete the idyllic setting, making it an inviting place to relax and take in the beauty of nature.

Large White Butterfly.

The Large White butterfly (Pieris brassicae) is the largest of our white butterflies. This species can be recognised by the black patch that extends from the wing tip to at least halfway along the edge of the wing. Unfortunately not always welcome in gardens because the caterpillar of this butterfly devours cabbages and related plants. Can be seen throughout the United Kingdom. Laugharne Town Hall, Carmarthenshire, Wales.

The Town/Market Hall, which dates back to the 1750s, is the home of the Laugharne Corporation, a unique organisation founded by Charter circa 1290. The Corporation holds Court every fortnight, and the business is conducted by The Grand Jury under the control of the Portreeve. The Corporation is a charitable organisation. Boathouse at Laugharne – Dylan Thomas

The Boathouse is situated on the estuary at Laugharne, in which the poet Dylan Thomas lived with his family between 1949 and 1953, the last four years of his life. It was at this house that he wrote many major pieces. It has often been suggested that he wrote Under Milk Wood whilst living here.
